I am going to share some tips on how to self motivated and how to become successful with easy 10 steps. these are some tips have worked for me. I can guarantee if you follow these steps, you will be able to get motivated and become successful.
SET GOALS -LONG TERM & SHORT TERM
set long-term goals but split them up into smaller ones. as you can achieve in a shorter amount of time. I set goals for each month that will help me get closer to my main goal.
it also helps to set goals for each day of studying to get motivated. just writing your goals down and gives you a better overview of what to do. for me just feels easier to work when you have a specific goal to reach.
TRY TO ALWAYS PLAN AHEAD
. I usually write the next days schedule the night before so that I am prepared for my tasks. I just motivated to finish them .also studying specific times for specific tasks gives you a time limit which a place for makes me more motivated to finish that task as efficient and quick as possible
TRACK YOUR MOTIVATIONAL PROGRESS
Track my progress is essential to my motivation because it means that you can see how far you come. But also because I know that all the writing down how did so I am motivated to do my best .you good for example use a habit tracker.
you can make a graph to show you progress towards a specific goal . in addition to that, you can make a progress bar for a study session. the last technique works very well for me long study days. because it shows me that I am getting closer to my goal.
GIVE YOURSELF REWARD
you can also make a more motivated to finish your tasks having a reward to look forward to. it could be small rewards after day of work such as a movie night or a camping session.
it could be bigger awards for completing bigger goals such as by yourself a new book or new stationery.
just a little something that motivates you to reach your goal, no matter how big or small it is.
GIVE YOURSELF SELF MOTIVATED REMINDERS
This is one of the most important in my opinion. that is the give yourself self-motivation reminders.after all you are you on biggest supporter so you can act like it .you could write little messages on notes and stick somewhere you know you see them. or you can do something that I absolutely love doing . that is writing emails to my future self. I used the website futureme.org where you can write yourself a message and have it delivered to your email on the date of your choice. you could also journal and write down your thoughts on your feeling motivated and you not. just reflecting on your thoughts for well can be very beneficial and it will help you into a more positive mindset
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WHO MOTIVATE YOU
Surround yourself with People who motivate you .Simply being around people who want me to succeed. and that I feel productive around always improves both my mood and my motivation
TIDY UP YOUR WORKPLACE
Having a tidy workplace is very essential for motivation.
after clearing up my desk, I always feel more motivated to work. just having fewer things around, it means less distractions Which internal can boost your productivity.
MAKE A LIST OF PEOPLE WHO MOTIVATE YOU
This is kind of a little exercise, but it did by myself and I found it’s surprisingly helpful. You can grab a paper and write down the names of people who inspire and motivate you.
it could be a historical person a celebrity family member just that someone you feel inspired by.
next in a separate column just write down what makes this person inspirational to you. And after you’ve done this you have a set of values that can straight towards.
you also have a list of people that you can Turn into if you ever feeling unmotivated
WATCH TED TALKS AND MOTIVATED
This tip is very simple. but I feel more motivated after watching a Ted Talk. 8:30 just seeing someone talk so passionately about something they really care about always gives me a motivational boost. I try to watch TEDTALKS every weekday morning before studying my work for the day. and its always motivates me to work harder.
JUST DO WHATEVER MOTIVATED YOU
Simply to do whatever you want to feel more motivated. Like just listen to that song that makes you feel like you can conquer the world. Listen to motivational playlist, watch a motivational video.
just do anything that gives you that extra motivation you need. it doesn’t matter how silly it is. The only thing that silly is denying yourself something that you know could be motivational and beneficial to you
